CZE:
V počátcích nad tmou prozáří prameny temnotu svou.
Mlhavý opar prolomen byl a z věčností vzbouzena zahalená Gaia.
Z věčností vzbouzena ke svým dalším nádechům a cítila svou nicotu.
Její štěstí drtí smutek. První slza. Smutek se mění v běsnící zuřivost.
Slzy roní, zaplavují. Veškeré prázdno naplňují.
Utápěna tíhou oceánů a nastává ticho.
Exordium!
A jizvy jsou zaceleny v řeky a moře.
Ze samých hlubin povstávají sochy, stále se hroutí.
Nad obzorem povstává oheň a nese světlo svým darem
a předává pochodeň svému bratru, aby hvězdy střežily svou temnotu,
kdy stíny prahnou po svém spánku věčném.
Hory hřmí svou pravou silou, první půdu vzkřísí.
Aby mohly být vztyčeny na věky.
ENG:
In the beginnings above the dusk the springs will flare the darkness of yours
Haze mist has been broken and shrouded Gaia woke from eternity
Woken up from slumber to her another breath just to feel nothingness
The happiness crushes the sadness. The first tear. The sadness changing into raging fury.
Shedding tears flooding filling in the void.
Drowning under the pressure of oceans the silence begins.
Exordium! Scars are healed in rivers and the sea.
Sculptures emerging from depths just to crumble again.
Fire is emerging above the horizon, bearing light as it's gift
and passes the torch to it's brother so the stars can guard the darkness
when shadows lust for eternal sleep.
Mountains thunder with true might resurrecting the first soil.
So they could be upright for eternity.
Hearing the songs while reading the narrative behind the lyrics, I felt overwhelmed by this tragic story in which humans and artificial intelligence couldn't coexist side by side. Their reciprocal annihilation was inevitable. Except one "sole survivor, in a ship filled with memories. She had become the proof of Earth, proof that life had existed there, a voice for all the species and beauty we once knew". A dystopian concept dressed up in brilliant musicianship! @Slevin, thanks, I owe it to you! Umbra Cornuta
Crust with strings is a heartfelt and honest pairing. And the opening track Awoken is such a beautiful track, I can't help but listen to it on repeat. Gemma
Polish noise-crust outfit eschews the big Tragedy-esque riffs still popular with their US counterparts for scratchy claustrophobia. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 2, 2016
Wow. I did not expect violin and cello from a crust band.
Wow. I did not expect crust from a band that has both a violinist and a cellist.
